When I ordered the bag I wasn't sure what to expect and began wondering if I was even going to like it. Once the box arrived and I opened it up - the bag exceeding my expectations. The straps have a soft leathery padded feel. No matter how much stuff I cram into my bag, the straps are so comfy on my shoulders. The lining is a fun and all around it's a great looking, high quality bag. I get tons of compliments on it too!!
